REIKI
Reiki is a simple, yet powerful, hands-on light touch technique that reduces stress, promotes relaxation and balances emotions. The use of Reiki helps to clear blockages in a person’s energy field and it works holistically - healing, harmonizing, and balancing the whole person to promote better health and greater well-being. Reiki is based on energetic principles and is practiced in many hospitals, medical settings, and private practice all around the world.
Session Fee: $80 (1-hour)
SOUND THERAPY (Sound Bath)
Sound vibrations emitted from Himalayan Singing Bowls have therapeutic power. The vibrations work at restoring inner balance by bringing alignment, relaxation, and mind/body healing. Relax and be showered with the soothing sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls.

Be immersed in the unique experience of vibration, frequency, and sound as Sally brings you on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and peace through the meditative playing of the Himalayan Singing Bowls and various other beautiful instruments and sounds of nature.
Then you will comfortably settle on a yoga mat or chair, close your eyes, relax, and experience the bowls. Listen to where the beautiful sounds of the hand-hammered Himalayan Singing bowls take you as you enter into a meditative state.

CRYSTAL ENERGY WORK
COMBINATION CRYSTAL ENERGY WORK COMBINED WITH REIKI SESSION
Crystal healing is an integrated, therapeutic, energetic process. It is holistic, working with the whole person. It acts on the body, psyche, soul, and environment. Relax amongst the powerful crystals and allow their vibrational energy to work on you.

Combine Reiki with Crystals and sound or any combination to receive all the benefits.

DISTANCE REIKI
REIKI CLASSES
Even if you are unable to physically attend a session, you can receive Reiki energy sent to you. On your end, you just get comfortable and breathe naturally and Sally will send the energy to you at the determined time.
Session Fee: $40 (30 min)
Energy is in everything and Reiki is Divinely guided healing energy.
Reiki I - Learn the history of Reiki and hands-on techniques and protocol to give reiki to yourself and others. You will receive a manual, Reiki I attunement and certificate.
Reiki II - Receive Reiki II symbols which enable you to increase the power of your healing energy. You will receive a manual, Reiki II attunement and certificate.

JUST ONE BOWL WORKSHOP
MANDALA PAINTING MEDITATION
The just One Bowl Workshop teaches individuals the benefits to the mind, body, and spirit that just one bowl can bring.
It also teaches the many ways to use One Bowl to benefit oneself as well as others. This is a Hands-On experience. Tibetan bowls are supplied for use within the class.

Four-part class
Mandalas are made up of a series of circles and geometric designs. Mandalas are so therapeutic that they have become a meditation technique.
Every shape included in a mandala represent the inner self. Mandala painting meditation brings a significant sense of calmness and well-being, filling one with the colors of life and emotional nourishment.
No painting experience needed. It is a fun and relaxing time.
Session Fee: $40 plus $20 for materials
